All returns  may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We can send replacement for defective item only.

Damaged items during shipment or items damaged on arrival (DOA) must be reported in 48 hours from the time shipment was received in order for us to file insurance claims.
